Backorders

Most orders are shipped complete either the same day received or the following business day.  (Our warehouse is open Tuesday through Friday.)  Occasionally, due to the volume of orders we receive, an item is out is stock and will be backordered.  Smith-Worthington's policy is to ship back orders which become available within 30 days.  We will notify you if a backordered item becomes available after 30 days.
