Information We Share with Others

We never share our mailing list or your credit information with anyone.  Your name, address and order information (but not credit information) will be shared with the participating dealer (tack shop) of your choice or your local tack shop in our effort to serve you better. 

On rare occasions, we may disclose specific information upon government request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so. We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation.  We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.

We offer choices about the types of information you receive from us.  If you prefer not to receive email updates from us please contact us (see Contact Us).  You may also unsubscribe from our email updates using the link prodvided in each edition of the email. 
 

What About Cookies?

• Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and to provide features certain services, like Best Sellers.

How We Use Email

When you provide us your email address, we will email you as necessary to process your order, respond to a request or provide customer service.  You will receive an automatic email confirmation of your order. 

We may also send promotional email about new products, special offers and services.   

Links to other Websites

Occasionally, we provide links on our website to other websites. These websites have their own privacy and security policies.  We strongly encourage you to review these policies at any site you visit. 

Security

It is our intent to protect against the loss, misuse of alteration of information that we have collected from you.  We use an updated secure website.  All transactions at our site are conducted using a 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption.  When you look at our website you can be sure you are sending data to a secure site by looking at the web address (URL) in your browser window - the first few lettters of the address will change from "http" to "https" when you are transmitting information protected by SSL encryption.  The "s" in "https" stands for secure. 

For added security, our order & billing computers containing your credit information are not connected to the internet.  Access to these computers is limited to only a few people in our office.  The shipping confirmation you receive will not display your credit information and will be a hard copy document scanned to email.

If our information practices change, we will post these changes on our website.  We encourage you to review our privacy policy periodically.
